Membership terms
The key terms that apply to member companies of Watani Talent.
Membership
Membership is annual and invoiced in advance. Each tier includes a fixed number of placements; additional placements are charged at the published rate for the tier.
Candidate confidentiality
Member companies must keep candidate information confidential, use it only for the specific role introduced, and never contact a candidate's current employer.
Replacement guarantee
Growth and Partner tiers include a 90-day replacement guarantee as described on the pricing page.
Founding price lock
Founding members keep their tier price for two years from the start of their first membership term.
Referral rewards
Referral rewards equal 5% of the placement fee actually received and are paid in AED to a UAE bank account within 30 days of the fee clearing.
