Refer a UAE National with 4 to 12 years of experience. When they register and are placed with a member company, you receive 5% of the placement fee Watani Talent collects.
Four steps from referral to payout
- 1 Get your referral link Register below. You receive a personal code and dashboard.
- 2 Your referral registers They use your code. Both of you see the status change to "Verified".
- 3 They are placed A member company hires them through a Saturday pack. Status changes to "Placed".
- 4 You are paid 5% When the placement fee clears, 5% is transferred within 30 days.

Rules. The referral is counted only if the professional is not already in our register. Reward is 5% of the fee actually received, paid after clearance. Self-referrals and referrals of immediate family are excluded. Payout in AED to a UAE bank account.
