How Watani Talent collects, uses and protects personal data under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
What we collect
Account details (name, email, mobile), career information you provide (employer, title, experience, skills, salary band), an optional CV, and for candidates the last seven digits of the Emirates ID for identity verification.
How we use it
To verify candidates, match them to roles offered by member companies, operate the referral programme and support hiring. We never sell personal data and never publish candidate profiles.
Who can see it
Candidate profiles are shown only to member companies that match, and a full profile is shared only after the candidate approves a specific introduction. Employers on a candidate's block list can never see them.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, CVs are stored privately and access inside our team is role-based and logged.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
